1. Natural hybrids like the Liger - are they allowed?
2. Would it make sense that like a dog/cat offspring would be infertile? In nature the ligers, or even mixes between different species in the canis families most are born infertile. [This doesn't apply to the wolfdog since both species are so closely related to each other.]
