A really long time back XDDD It was back when S1 was still airing, and it was a Japan-only mail-in thing just like the Memories set was ;_; and not a furoku, so now your best bet would be Yahoo!Japan + a middleman. And even then, you have to be prepared to pay at least USD25 for the PPP alone, not including shipping and middleman fees. ))):
