I've seen people at /m/ recommending Pigma Micron pens (http://www.wetcanvas.com/Articles2/6156/298/images/micronpenimage(wc).jpg) instead of Gundam Markers. I've never panel lined anything in my life, but for drawing, I agree that Pigma Microns are the best thing ever. Very cheap but comparable to more expensive precision drawing pens.
