"Wait..." Brooklyn said, touching his arm. "How about a battle, for old time's sake?"

King gave a slight smile, sucking in a breath as he felt Brooklyn's hand on his arm. "I'm sorry...but I don't really fancy a battle at the moment."

Brooklyn nodded slightly, turning away. "It's been a long time since I've seen you," he whispered, his gaze turning downwards.

King smiled slightly at that with a quick nod. "I know. How's things at the Battle Arena?"

"It's going well," he said with a nod, glancing over at King. "The battles are exciting. You win some, lose some."

"That's good," King nodded in agreement. "The standard of Pokemon Trainers have really risen over the years."

Brooklyn smiled at that. "Will I see you again or are you going to avoid me some more?"

"And why would I want to avoid you?" King smiled slightly. "If you know when to catch me outside, you may see me again."

Brooklyn nodded slightly. "I'll try if my schedule allows it."

"The Arena Tycoon actually wants to find time to try and catch me," King chuckled softly, turning as he walked off towards the Battle Pyramid, "I'm honoured."

Brooklyn nodded, sighing slightly. "Please... don't call me that."

King raised an eyebrow at that, "And why not?"
