It's not just annoying and impolite, it's just plain redundant and shows how much of an idiot you are. It's like people asking for donations and you're this guy walking up to them, digging in your pockets for seemingly something and then disappointing them. Sad.

Oh, oh! I love pokemon yellow! Turn around real quick and you end up "kicking" pikachu. Do it enough times and he'll get all pissy and ignore you. Great way of shutting him up! XD
