hm....till now, still don't understand why it is an icnrease in $50 in the money supply. coz there is a reduction of $10 in bank. kind of doesn't make sense leh. coz they said only public cash increase

deposit = k*(1/a) -> deposit multiplier thingy.
so since k(bank reserve, which is to be $10 due to the reduction) * 1/0.2 = $50.
Oh wait!
M1 = PC + D right?
there is still xtra in PC, since PC has minus D off. Maybe thats why there is an xtra of $50 in the M1?
could it be that way?
