Tieria's already in 2 other PPP sets, and has at least 4 versions, including the femme version. And that's not counting the special Wana-version PPP that one of the anime magazine gave away.

A really long time back XDDD It was back when S1 was still airing, and it was a Japan-only mail-in thing ~~just like the Memories set was ;_;~~ and not a furoku, so now your best bet would be Yahoo!Japan + a middleman. And even then, you have to be prepared to pay at least USD25 for the PPP alone, not including shipping and middleman fees. ))):
