Remember that part from the novel where Marina felt herself flush out of slight embarrassment as she watched Setsuna?

In episode 15, it's actually there. Around 14:10-ish, you see her stuttering a little as she quickly changes the topic. The embarrassment is very clearly laid out here, but if she's feeling any form of attraction towards Setsuna, she doesn't show it here.

I think what annoyed me about the novel thing was that right after translations were posted, some people were all "OH MY GOD IT'S CANON!!!". It's like every little thing in the anime or the novel has to get magnified to justify pairings lmao.

Canon isn't the be all and end all. ): How many people have ever let canon stop them from shipping pairings?

Yes, they are. xD The game is a giant crossover between all the series in the Gundam franchise, so yeah, expect to have characters from different eras fighting against each other and fighting alongside one another.

Sometimes people going OMG CANON XD isn't serious. I think what matterss is the attitude after that bout of squee, whether carrying on as usual, or being tinhats about it and proclaiming canon in every opportunity (which is my pet peeve).

Honestly, I don't see people wearing watches lately rofl. People and their handphones. And same here! People always talked about G-shock, Baby G and I'd be confused because my parents don't believe in spending too much money in a watch.

Yeah, you have a point. I'll admit to acting like that after the Setsuna-Feldt flower scene, but after the initial euphoria wore off, I just carried on my own merry way. Sometimes, people say stuff like "If -insert pairing- doesn't become canon, I wouldn't know what to do". Seems a bit strange to me that people would be so emotionally invested in their ships to that extent; then again, different people find joy in different aspects of a series.

Haha, button-mashing is fun sometimes XD I love the Kenkoudaa fan-made Gundam game (http://kenkoudaa.sakura.ne.jp/page204.html) It's Japanese and button-mashing too, but I love it 'cause of the chibi characters (and the attack techniques are so funny XD), many of the UC characters I met through this before seeing the show XD. (and the Gundam fighting game on that site introduced me to UC Gundams before seeing them in series XD;; )

Yeah, fans will always find a way. Some are good about it and do it for humour, others take it too seriously and will try to justify everything by searching through Subtext and the slightest bit of canon implications, and that's when it gets annoying >__> ..

Agreeing completely with this too. )': I guess for some fans, pairings are important, but they're not the only thing that keeps the show going. It gets really annoying when people insult a character just because the character came in and broke up their pairing too.

I love Kenkoudaa's parodies, esp the SEED/Destiny ones. Some of which are disturbing and cannot unsee, yet I find inexplicably funny, like what I call "Dullindal Meer", which made me even draw him/her to the horror of fans XDD I hope they make more 00 ones =3

Haha I think one of the reason I love that game so much is because it has all my fave characters (Mwu, Waltfeld, Lockon, Setsuna, Quattro, Emma), though I like playing as Setsuna in that game, his sword is awesome XD But what I amuses me most is Tieria's ultimate attack of "Nadleeh" which he throws his clothes off XDD I'm still waiting for Allelujah to be added ^^

Yeah, I hate it when people bash characters because they're the 3rd side to the love triangle, and bash for things that have no basis at all... I remember the Athrun-Cagalli-Meyrin triangle that had both sides of fans bashing Cagalli and Meyrin... fans are scary.. esp the rabid ones XD I think they just want to be "right" or something >__>
