I've been considering actually leaving the team. I shouldn't have to worry over those two. I shouldn't be wasting my sanity like this.

Ok, honestly, if you've already got the script out and everyone's rehearsed for a performance, I think it's better if you just bear with it a little longer so that everyone's time (Including your own) spent rehearsing doesn't go to waste. But, if your script is in a huge mess and everyone refused to cooperate and rehearse properly, dump them.

Whatever your decision, I hope it turns out for the best.

A 2 minute script within a 5 minute timeslot, and one person has already decided that she refuses to change it while another is all for it.
Out of the meetings from last year till now, there hasn't been one single rehearsal, but they're hoping to squeeze 7 months worth of practice in one Saturday ALONG with prop painting and such.

My role? Narrator...XD I'm not a big loss to that group, now that I calculate it out.

I TOTALLY AGREE TOO. :D I just shared some of my problems with some of the quieter/closer members and one of them commented that they'd have no problem subbing me. xD

And lol, that kinda reminds me of a quote from a really senior judge [can't remember his name LOL].
